Our focus is delivering excellent customer experiences and efficient support throughout the customer journey. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant based in Spain to join our remote team and help us provide outstanding support to our customers. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and friendly manner., • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, and general questions., • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions., • Communicate with suppliers and internal team members when necessary., • Help improve customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience.
