, we are looking for a dedicated Family Educator to join a family in a long-term, stable position within a conscious and structured educational environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide holistic educational support for the children., • Establish and maintain healthy routines, including study habits, organization, respect, and boundaries., • Offer emotional guidance through a respectful and child-centered approach., • Organize daily routines, activities, and family logistics., • Actively care for a 4-year-old child., • Work closely with the family to ensure consistency in the educational approach. Requirements: • Degree or training in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Montessori, or a related field., • Proven experience working with children of different ages., • Genuine passion for child development and education., • Strong organizational skills, emotional leadership, and sound judgment., • Reliable, structured, and highly committed., • Valid driver's license., • Willingness to travel., • Living nearby is an advantage., • English is not required. What We Offer: • Alternating schedule: 1 week live-in / 1 week off., • Private accommodation in the family home during the working week., • Daily free time while the children are at school (approximately 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), except during school holidays., • Salary: €2,500 net per month., • Full Social Security registration., • Private bedroom with Smart TV and shared bathroom., • Access to a family vehicle., • Access to the home's facilities., • Stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive family.
