At INGECOM-IGNITION, a leading provider of cybersecurity and IT solutions, we are seeking an Accounting & Administration Specialist with fluency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Spanish accounting regulations and proven experience in administrative and financial tasks. The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring the accurate accounting and administrative management of the company in Spain, ensuring compliance with current fiscal and accounting regulations, and providing support for the group’s international financial operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance: • Full management of general accounting in accordance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC), with support for Italy and Portugal., • Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial closings., • Control and accounting of fixed assets and depreciation., • Management of corporate tax filings., • Preparation of accounting books and financial statement filings., • Support in purchasing processes, contract management, and expense control., • Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, management). Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field., • Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role., • Demonstrable experience in Spanish accounting and taxation., • Experience in international companies or multinational environments is a plus., • Proficiency in the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC)., • Practical knowledge of Spanish taxation., • Experience with accounting ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Sage, or others)., • Advanced Excel skills., • Spanish: Native or bilingual., • English: Advanced (C1), written and spoken. Skills & Competencies: • High level of organization and attention to detail., • Strong analytical skills and quality orientation., • Autonomy and responsibility., • Excellent communication skills., • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-growing environments., • Fluent communication in English with international teams and vendors., • Strong experience in preparing financial reports within multinational environments., • Adaptation of local processes to international corporate standards.
