Overview In this role you drive the infrastructure roadmap and transform how we scale, secure, and operate our platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient systems aligned with product goals. You’ll shape non-functional requirements and write the playbooks that keep our platforms dependable at scale. You’ll mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and rigorous design. This is a hands-on leadership position at the convergence of cloud, Kubernetes, and security, with a clear impact on enterprise-grade IT solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Flexible work time and remote work, • Private medical insurance, • Transport ticket, • In-house parking, • Canteen with meals, • Career development Responsabilidades, • Develop and own the infrastructure/platform roadmap and evaluate technologies to support scalability, cost efficiency, and agility, • Define technical specifications focused on non-functional requirements: security, performance, reliability, observability, and cost optimization, • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps using Terraform/OpenTofu, Pulumi, Helm, ArgoCD/Flux, and Ansible, • Act as a technical leader and mentor to platform engineers, SREs, DevOps teams, and application developers; foster cross-team collaboration, • Produce living documentation: ADRs, design blueprints, runbooks, standards & guardrails, and platform guides, • Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure risks including security vulnerabilities, single points of failure, compliance gaps, drift, and cost overruns Requisitos principales, • 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or architecture roles, • 5+ years focused on production-scale Kubernetes and cloud platforms, • Deep Kubernetes expertise (architecture, operators, CNI/service mesh, multi-cluster federation, scale upgrades), • Hands-on with AWS and Azure and hybrid/on-prem integrations, • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform preferred), GitOps, Docker, CI/CD tooling, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenTelemetry), • Understanding of databases (relational, NoSQL, distributed), networking (VPC, SDN, load balancing, firewalls), and security best practices (RBAC, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability scanning), • Proven track record delivering high-availability, performant, secure systems, • Excellent communication and leadership skills; mentoring and stakeholder influence, • leadership, • mentoring, • excellent communication, • Kubernetes (architecture, operators, CNI/service mesh, multi-cluster federation), • AWS and Azure cloud platforms, • Hybrid/on-prem integrations
