Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our organization in Spain. The role reports directly to the Divisional HR Director and functionally to the Volpak CEO, acting as a strategic partner to the business, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives aligned with both local and group strategies. /p pThe role coordinates a team of 2 resources and supports a population of approximately 260 employees in Volpak and around 30 employees in the Spanish entity of another Coesia company, FlexLink, collaborating closely with Coesia HR. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul libStrategic Partnership and Leadership: /bAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational and people-related matters. As a member of the Leadership Team, actively contribute to the definition and execution of the company’s strategy, acting as a close business partner. /li libWorkforce Planning and Talent Management: /bLead and implement workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention. Drive talent development and learning initiatives to build organizational capability, in alignment with group programs. /li libHR Operations Governance: /bImplement Group HR initiatives in alignment with Coesia policies, standards, and guidelines. Coordinate payroll, administration, and core HR processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure full compliance with Spanish labour law and internal policies. /li libEmployee Relations: /bManage employee relations topics, including maintaining constructive relationships with Employee’s Work Council. Foster a positive work environment and sustain high levels of employee engagement. /li libPeople Management and Coaching: /bCoach and support managers to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities. /li libCross-functional Collaboration: /bPartner with Central Functions and Finance on budgeting, workforce costs, and HR-related financial planning and control. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field /li liProven experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent role, managing all core HR processes in a multinational group /li liSolid knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices /li liDemonstrated experience managing relationships with Unions /li liExperience coordinating or leading small HR teams /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, paired with active listening and open-mindedness /li liStrong analytical mindset and business acumen, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of accountability /li liAbility to work in a matrix and international environment /li liFluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus /li /ul pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
