The Pricing & Sales Excellence Practice Launched in 2022, the Pricing & Sales Excellence practice supports both B2B and B2C organisations on topics including price optimisation and commercial excellence. This is a highly entrepreneurial team, bringing together seasoned pricing experts (some with over 15 years’ experience), alongside data analysts, data scientists and generalist consultants. The practice is differentiated by its integrated approach, combining business strategy, data, AI and technology within a single team. The firm places particular value on hybrid delivery models, working very closely with client teams in an operational, long-term capacity to ensure sustainable impact—from strategy through to execution and tooling. The Role: Manager As a Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic, data-driven and pragmatic solutions for clients. You will work within structured project teams that ensure close supervision, learning and rapid skills development. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management & Client Delivery • Supporting overall project management, including:, • Organising internal and client meetings, • Preparing agendas and meeting minutes, • Contributing to structured problem-solving and the development of client deliverables, • Presenting analyses and insights to clients, both informally and in formal settings 2. Analysis & Operational Support • Collecting and structuring data, including:, • Quantitative data (data extracts), • Qualitative inputs (interviews, client documentation), • External research, process and/or tool mapping, • Analysing data and contributing to the formalisation of recommendations, • Supporting the operational implementation of recommendations with client teams 3. Internal Contributions • Supporting marketing initiatives (content creation, event preparation, etc.), • Participating in pre-sales activities, including the drafting of commercial proposals, • Contributing to the development and packaging of innovative offers (e.g. AI x Pricing) Candidate Profile Our client is looking for high-potential consultants with strong intellectual rigour, a passion for strategic problem-solving and an appetite for joining a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting environment. Skills Analytics • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience working with data, • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, • Ability to structure complex, fact-based reasoning Languages • Fluent English (C2 level) required, • A second modern language (e.g. German or Spanish) is a plus AI & Technology • Regular use of Generative AI tools is expected, • Exposure to AI agents is advantageous Software • Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word, • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is valued Interpersonal Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Proactive, rigorous and comfortable working in team-based project environments, • Strong interest in business and client-facing work
