About Chain of Events Chain of Events is a pioneering event organization company creating world-class, large-scale conferences at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies. Our portfolio currently comprises three flagship brands — and this is only the beginning. • Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week) — the global epicenter where Traditional Finance and the Digital Asset ecosystem converge., • RAISE Summit — the world’s most influential gathering dedicated to Generative AI for Enterprise, bringing together the global ‘AI Elite’: from pioneering researchers and LLM founders to Fortune 500 CEOs and Tier-1 VCs., • Machina — dedicated to the Future of Robotics and Embodied AI, the premier stage for humanoid robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous systems. Our events bring together global leaders, innovators, investors, and regulators to spark dialogue and action across transformative industries. About RAISE Summit RAISE is Europe’s premier AI summit — a high-conviction gathering of 7,000+ C-level executives, 235+ AI founders, 200+ sponsors, and the world’s top researchers and builders, held each July in Paris. We are building the Davos of AI: a platform where the quality of the agenda sets the tone for the entire event. At RAISE, content is not decoration — it is the product. The programme shapes who attends, who sponsors, and what conversations get had. That makes the Content team one of the most strategically important teams at RAISE. About the Role We are looking for a Content & Speaker Strategy Intern who is genuinely curious about the AI industry and wants to help build the intellectual architecture of Europe’s most ambitious AI summit - 6 months paid internship starting in September 2026. This is not a coordination role. You will be expected to have opinions on topics, identify the right voices, and help shape conversations that matter. You will work closely with the Head of Content on the full editorial cycle — from early-stage programme conception through to live event delivery. Key Responsibilities Programme Strategy & Editorial Conception • Contribute to the editorial vision of the RAISE programme: identifying key themes, open questions, and narrative arcs that will resonate with a senior AI audience., • Research and map the AI landscape — foundation models, enterprise adoption, regulation, investment trends — to surface compelling, timely topics and underexplored angles., • Propose and structure sessions, panels, and formats that generate real intellectual value, not just brand visibility. Speaker Research & Outreach • Build and maintain target lists of high-calibre speakers: AI researchers, enterprise leaders, policymakers, founders, and investors., • Write and send personalised outreach to prospective speakers; own the follow-up relationship through to confirmation., • Brief confirmed speakers ahead of their sessions to ensure alignment with the programme’s editorial intent. Content Production & Coordination • Draft session descriptions, speaker bios, and programme copy that reflect the tone and ambition of RAISE., • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure speakers and sessions are represented accurately and compellingly in external communications., • Work with the Sales team to integrate sponsored speaking slots while preserving editorial integrity. Requirements Required • Native or full professional fluency in English (French is a plus; other languages welcome)., • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in journalism, political science, international affairs, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience., • Genuine, demonstrable interest in AI: you follow the field, have opinions, and can hold a substantive conversation about it., • Strong research and analytical writing skills — you can synthesise complex topics and communicate them clearly and precisely., • Confident interacting with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and prominent researchers., • Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with some ambiguity. Ideal Profile • Previous experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism, or events (internship or otherwise)., • Familiarity with the Generative AI ecosystem: key players, funding dynamics, enterprise deployment patterns, policy debates., • Ability to think editorially — not just ‘who should we invite?’ but ‘what conversation do we want to create?’, • A natural ability to build relationships with people who are busy and selective about their time. Success Metrics The following KPIs will be used to assess your contribution and development during the internship: • Speaker pipeline: number of confirmed speakers sourced and onboarded through your direct outreach (target: meaningful share of the overall programme)., • Outreach conversion rate: ratio of speakers contacted to confirmed — a proxy for targeting quality and personalisation., • Editorial contribution: quality and originality of session and panel topics proposed, assessed through regular reviews with the Head of Content., • Content delivery: all session descriptions, speaker bios, and briefing documents delivered on schedule and requiring minimal revision. Why Join Chain of Events? • 6-month paid internship with lunch vouchers (tickets restaurant)., • Real editorial ownership — not just support tasks. Your research and outreach will directly shape the RAISE programme., • Access to 7,000+ of the world’s most influential AI leaders, founders, and researchers., • A fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is expected — not just encouraged., • Direct mentorship from senior content and editorial professionals., • An experience that matters: the programme you help build will shape conversations at the highest levels of the global AI industry.
