From Saint Hilaire sous Romilly, you will be part of our sales team dedicated to key accounts activity in France. About The job Lead and continuously improve the company’s Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) system. Ensure reliable ESG data collection and reporting, proactively manage CO₂ and energy performance, maintain ISO certifications, and reduce operational risk through robust safety programs. Key Responsibilities 1. ESG Data Management & Reporting • Design and maintain the ESG data model, data dictionary, and traceability (scopes, boundaries, calculation methods)., • Coordinate cross‑functional data collection (operations, procurement, HR, finance) and validate data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy)., • Build dashboards and periodic ESG reports (monthly/quarterly) for management and stakeholders., • Support materiality assessments and KPI prioritization; manage corrective actions and improvement projects. 2. CO₂ Consumption Follow‑up / Energy & Emissions Management • Establish and maintain CO₂ inventory (Scopes 1 & 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories)., • Track energy use, fuel consumption, and refrigerants; monitor emission factors and update annually., • Identify hotspots and lead reduction initiatives (process efficiency, energy conservation, fleet optimization, supplier engagement)., • Set targets, forecast emissions, and report performance against plan. 3. ISO Certification Management (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; optionally 50001) • Own the integrated management system (IMS): policies, manuals, procedures, work instructions, records., • Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external certification audits and surveillance visits., • Maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and effectiveness checks., • Train process owners on standard requirements; ensure documentation control and change management. 4. Safety Risk Management • Maintain risk registers and HAZID/HAZOP outputs; lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Systems of Work., • Conduct incident investigations (root cause analysis), trend analysis, and implement preventive measures., • Run safety training, toolbox talks, and behavioral safety programs; ensure PPE compliance and permits to work., • Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills. Your Profile Technical • ESG/GHG accounting, energy efficiency, metering & data validation., • ISO management systems; internal auditing; CAPA; root cause analysis (e.g., 5‑Why, fishbone)., • Risk assessment tools (FMEA, bow‑tie, HAZID/HAZOP familiarity)., • Data tools: Excel/Power Query/Power BI (or similar), basic SQL is a plus., • Document control and QMS/EMS software; e‑learning/LMS familiarity. Behavioral • Ownership and accountability; structured, detail‑oriented., • Strong communication with shop‑floor and senior management., • Change management and stakeholder engagement., • Analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation. Languages • Engineering degree (e.g., industrial, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or equivalent)., • 2–5 years in HSQE/industrial operations/ESG data/management systems., • Hands‑on experience with at least one ISO standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; 50001 is a plus)., • Practical knowledge of GHG accounting principles (Scopes 1–3), energy monitoring, and safety risk methodologies., • Experience running audits, investigations, and data-driven improvement projects.
