Our mission covers benefit account management, payment instruments management and their acceptance, the processing of transactions and their settlement / clearing / reconciliation as cornerstones supporting features provided to Pluxee consumers, clients and merchants. Lead Product Managers in the Global Payment Tribe own a vertical of the payment value stream. As a leader for Payment Configuration & Ordering, your mission is to: • Enable markets and clients to build and deploy offers with autonomy, • Simplify and orchestrate the ordering of payment instruments, • Manage the lifecycle of funding accounts, provisioning, and setup You will be a strategic actor in enabling Pluxee’s ambitions around A2A payments, virtual IBANs, client-led offer setup, and ledger-based reconciliation systems. 📌 Key Responsabilities: As a lead Product Manager, you shape the Pluxee payment experience by working closely with local (country) and global experts (product, engineering, business domains). You convert the global strategy into actionable roadmaps with the support of Product Managers and Business Analysts. As part of the Global Payment Tribe, you will design global payment solutions adaptable for local implementation. This requires balancing abstraction and local execution to ensure effective delivery. The main responsibilities of the position will include, but are not restricted to, the following: • Own and drive the payment configuration and ordering platform capabilities, • Translate Pluxee’s strategic objectives (cost optimization, autonomy, scalability) into a clear product roadmap, • Shape the product around a service-based architecture supporting external integrations (HR/ERP platforms, issuing banks, treasury systems), • Standardize client-facing capabilities for benefit provisioning, payment instrument ordering, and account funding, • Drive convergence and reuse across markets for scalable growth., • Embed orchestration and status visibility into each ordering and configuration step (from offer setup to activation), • Align feature delivery with architecture, compliance, and operational excellence teams, • Lead cross-functional discovery and delivery with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, • Participate in the design of the future ledger services and orchestrators powering A2A, multi-benefit logic, and virtual IBAN management Role & expectations Expectations as to the role is that you will: • Lead the change; you come with a passion for product & payment systems, and a capability to engage, structure and execute continuous improvement., • Develop a deep understanding of Pluxee payment ecosystem and its use cases beyond the sole scope of configuration and ordering in all aspects from ideation to analysis to implementation (including observability and auditability aspects) to operations and support., • Collaborate with other Lead Product Managers from payment and domains peers to ensure end-to-end solutions integrations., • Establish and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support our ambitions of growth, • You are the Owner of the functional scope - Not owner of the technical implementation., • You Capture and formalize business requirements in functional specifications & payment flows, document the payment service catalogue, • A sharp understanding of business models and how to align product architecture with company strategy to factorize business features in global assets., • The ability to challenge legacy paradigms and shape future-looking payment acceptance strategies., • Champion autonomy, transparency, and co-construction in all interactions., • On top of the above, be an inspiring contributor for your peers within and outside of the payment team, participating in building clear priorities, ownerships, top-down and bottom-up communication on strategy and cultivate one team mentality. 🌟 You're a match: You are a product leader with strong business acumen and deep experience in payments. You operate confidently at the intersection of product, architecture, and go-to-market strategy. You know how to align technical capabilities with commercial value, and you’re passionate about building scalable, modern solutions. You bring: • You bring at least 8+ years of experience in product roles, including significant experience in payments, issuing, or B2B platforms in fintechs, neobanks, or financial institutions., • Have strong product management experience in payment systems, ideally with focus on ordering flows, account provisioning, or issuer processes., • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to lead transformation programs across multiple markets. Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction while ensuring short-term delivery., • Experience with banking partners, card processors, or ledger technologies, • Ideally, track record of launching or scaling virtual cards, virtual IBANs, account-to-account payment features, or configurable multi-wallet experiences., • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders (tech, ops, compliance, business)., • Product & Agile Mastery with strong experience in product management, backlog ownership, and Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum). Have a user-centric mindset and believe in continuous improvement and delivery., • Management Leadership with proven ability to lead cross-functional, international payment teams., • Strategic & Analytical Thinking with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making. Data-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable making trade-offs., • Team Management: Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
