You will join the Mantu Consulting & Transformation team and contribute your expertise in Information Systems to support strategic projects across the company. Your Missions: • Assess IS performance: audit and analyze business functions supported by IS, • Define the IS roadmap for clients: choices to be made, ability to support business, technological options, work approach, planning, associated costs and benefits, • Define the functional architecture of proposed solutions, especially in an ERP context (SAP, IFS, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.), • Understand the main principles of ERPs and other market solutions: EPM, planning tools, forecasting, etc., • Analyze in depth what an ERP can or cannot cover in terms of functional scope, • Conduct opportunity studies and benchmarks: business case preparation, technology analysis through discussions with market players (operators, publishers, manufacturers, etc.), • Provide business analysis support: client needs assessment, organization of workshops, drafting specifications, managing RFPs, defining solutions or architectures, analysis and negotiation with providers, • Carry out monitoring and innovation activities: tracking regulatory and technological developments, and developing offers, • Experience in IS architecture and management of digital transformation projects, • Proficiency in the main principles of ERPs (SAP, IFS, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.), • Understanding of other market solutions: EPM, planning tools, forecasting, • Ability to analyze ERP functional coverage and identify limitations, • Skills in IS audit, analysis, and roadmap definition, • Experience in business analysis support and drafting specifications, • Degree from an engineering or business school, • French and English fluent, • You demonstrate strong relationship-building skills over the long term, • You enjoy working as part of a team and are proactive in making suggestions, • An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities, • An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities, • A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules, • A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)
