GPA Global is a European leader in its market, combining art, technology, and craftsmanship to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. 🎯 Your role : We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen our global compliance framework. The role will ensure that the company operates in full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies across all regions. The Compliance Manager will play a key role in risk management, supplier compliance, ESG-related regulatory obligations, and business ethics, supporting all the entities of GPA Global. The Compliance Manager will report to the ESG Director. 🛠️ Your missions : Compliance framework: • Implement and maintain the company’s global ESG compliance program., • Ensure alignment with EU and international regulations., • Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business (e.g., CSRD, Duty of Vigilance, anti-corruption, trade compliance)., • Update and maintain internal policies and procedures (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Whistleblowing, etc.). ESG compliance: • Proactively track regulatory and legal developments across all geographies., • Support compliance aspects of ESG regulations (CSRD, supply chain due diligence, environmental regulations)., • Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams on regulatory disclosures., • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on compliance matters. Risk assessment & internal controls: • Conduct compliance risk assessments across entities and geographies., • Design and monitor internal control mechanisms. Training & awareness: • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management., • Promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices across the organization. Investigations & reporting: • Manage whistleblowing mechanism and internal investigations., • Report compliance matters to ESG Director., • Prepare compliance reports and KPIs. 🧩 Qualifications : • Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or related field., • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management., • Experience in an international environment (manufacturing, packaging, retail, or supply chain industry preferred)., • Strong knowledge of ESG regulations., • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks is a plus., • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)., • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills., • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a multicultural environment. 💡 What we offer: • A dynamic and supportive team in an environment with strong international exposure, • Meal vouchers via the SWILE card (60% covered), • A WellPass subscription (formerly Gymlib), • A flexible remote work policy, offering up to two days of remote work per week.
