Our goal in the long term is to become a leading player in the renewable energy sector in Europe and Africa. In this prospect, we are seeking an audit and compliance trainee for our legal team. About the Role Expected starting date: 1st September Duration of the internship: 6 months Responsibilities • Assisting the auditor to prepare documents for the project., • Assisting the legal department with day-to-day legal matters (i.e including legal research, document review, and preparation of presentations and other materials)., • Draft simple minutes of board meetings and decisions of the sole shareholder and assist with related corporate and regulatory filings (Formal filings with the authorities)., • Coordinate and communicate with the parent company and various internal stakeholders on legal, corporate, and operational matters., • Contribute to translation work., • GDAS: assist in drafting the company's internal procedures., • Assist the legal department in making payments (SAP/ UPM, etc.). Qualifications • Master’s degree in law or business (M2） Required Skills Interpersonal Skills: • Strong oral and written communication skills, • Organizational skills and detail-oriented, • The willingness to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner, • Ability to deal with high responsibilities, • Eagerness to be involved in international and high-scale projects, • Comfortable with a multicultural company environment. Technical Skills: • Office 365 with a good command of Word, Excel, and PPT., • Sound knowledge of Contract and Corporate Law., • General insights on the renewable energy sector and its legal framework are an advantage. Languages: Proficient in Chinese and English; French is a plus.
