Purpose of the Role As we continue to expand our product offerings, we are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions across Lending, Savings, and Invoice Finance. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role is to act as the primary champion for the product, from concept to launch, ensuring that each product delivers measurable value to our customers while meeting strategic goals. You will work to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business priorities, navigating challenges to ensure a smooth and successful product lifecycle. Core Responsibilities • Own the product roadmap and delivery plan for a product domain (either SME Lending or Invoice Finance), ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that drive customer value and support strategic objectives, • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, balancing user requirements, technical feasibility, and business priorities, • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for seamless product development and execution, • Monitor product performance and KPIs, iterating on the product based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends, • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing transparent updates on product progress, timelines, and resource needs, • Ensure products meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards before go-live, working with internal teams to address any operational or legal concerns, • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks and blockers, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features, • Ensure the product strategy remains within the bank’s defined credit risk appetite and concentration limits Skills and Competencies • 5+ years in product management, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry, • Experience in delivering customer-facing products across multiple regions or markets, • Strong background in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and iteration, • Experience working in AGILE teams and environments, • Strong stakeholder management across multiple complex relationships, • Expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables, • Communication excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French, (additional European languages highly valued: Spanish, Dutch) Personal Attributes • Passionate about fintech innovation and SME financing, • Comfortable with regulated financial services environment, • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving organization, • Team player who embodies RiverBank's values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration
