Role Overview As an On-site Operations specialist you ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, handling all communications across multiple channels, including on-site interactions, phone, email and digital platforms. With a friendly and proactive attitude, you’ll manage guest inquiries, solve problems and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. In addition to guest relations, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of your property. This includes monitoring, optimizing and managing revenue and costs through the smart use of digital tools. You’ll collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is well-maintained. What We Offer • A dynamic, young, and expanding environment, • Genuine opportunities for personal and professional growth, • A hands-on role in a multicultural, urban, and growing hospitality company, • A flexible and supportive work environment that values initiative and accountability, • The chance to shape a high-quality living experience for guests from all over the world Key Responsibilities Guest Relations • Respond to all guest inquiries both on-site and via multiple channels (ticketing system, email, phone, external portals) promptly and effectively, prioritizing tasks accordingly. • Manage bookings and updates in the reservation system., • Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, ensuring a smooth process., • Resolve guest issues while providing high-standard support and care., • Complete administrative tasks related to customer care., • Liaise with public offices for guest registrations (e.g., immigration office)., • Organize regular events for tenants, managing all aspects related to the events. Commercial • Smartly utilize systems (PMS, RMS, etc.) to enhance revenues and optimize occupancy., • Building long-term relationships with key contacts, • Moving bookings to optimize reservation chart, • Support in accounting and controlling tasks, • Supporting development and implementation of strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs Operations • Collaborate closely with on-site stakeholders (housekeeping, maintenance, suppliers) to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Manage billing and invoice control., • Organize viewings and appointments with various stakeholders., • Support administrative tasks such as creating and correcting contracts or invoices., • Support and attend both internal and external company events., • Continuously improve processes, service, and product offerings by actively proposing and implementing ideas. • Ensuring service standards are met or exceeded across departments, • Filling gaps with ad-hoc solution General Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written., • Experience in hospitality and customer service (a plus)., • Fluent in English and French. Italian and German are a plus., • Proficiency in modern digital systems used in the hospitality industry.
