The FrogPubs group has been around since 1993, when we created one of France’s first microbreweries on the rue St Denis in Paris. Today we run eight bars and restaurants, with seven breweries, employing 200 people and generating around 16M€ of annual sales. Our beers are best-in-class, as measured by over 50 medals won to date in major international brewing competitions. We all work together to achieve our common objective, which is to be profitable by serving great products with rigour and memorable enthusiasm, to happy customers in safe, comfortable and clean environments. We do this by implementing our « we care” values, and, in particular by looking after our teams, who work, learn and grow in a transparent, honest, fair, ambitious and respectful environment. We have six venues in the centre of Paris, and one each in Bordeaux and Toulouse; each pub has its own individual style and personality. Your principal goal, whether you are working at the bar, in the salle, or in the kitchen and brewery, (and you'll probably end up doing all of these!) will be to ensure that every customer leaves happy. The profile: Passionate, happy, team-focused people, motivated to do your best to look after our guests. In return, we’ll do our best to help you reach and extend your full potential. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, starting asap. We understand that lots of our team have other commitments and therefore we have a flexible approach to our rotas. The salary is paid monthly, the hourly pay is around 12€ per hour, everyone at the Frog gets the opportunity to boost their salary with bonuses awarded for giving great customer service, meeting sales targets, training and achieving objectives.
