Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Crypto Journalist & Web3 Media Editor located in Pontoise. The role involves creating and managing high-quality content related to cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, writing news articles, drafting press releases, and broadcasting updates on industry developments. The role also requires monitoring trends in the crypto and Web3 space, ensuring timely and accurate coverage, and collaborating with the editorial team to produce engaging, informative content tailored to the audience. Qualifications • Skill in writing clearly and engagingly: You can explain what an MEV attack is so that even your grandmother understands, without distorting the essence., • Journalistic ethics and fact-checking: You don't publish unverified information, always look for the primary source, and admit mistakes if you've made them., • Deep understanding of the crypto industry: You know the key players, the market's history, and understand DeFi, NFTs, L2s, and macro trends to see the full picture., • Ability to work with on-chain data without code: You can go to Etherscan, Dune, or Nansen and find evidence for your hypotheses without a developer's help., • Stress resilience and speed: News in crypto becomes outdated within an hour, and you can deliver accurate and polished text in "burning deadline" mode.
