Summary Specialized Fabrication Equipment (SFE) is a global leader in providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for critical industries, offering specialized fabrication tools, advanced orbital welding systems, and portable machining equipment. The successful candidate will exercise HR responsibility for the company’s EMEA teams in coordination with the corporate HR team. The incumbent will support managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to training, including administrative management, payroll coordination, and social relations — while ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency of HR practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of performance and solid international HR experience, particularly in France, the UK, Germany and the UAE. Responsibilities • Manage Human Resource systems, processes and initiatives for the international teams, • Understand the business and advise on potential impact of proposed actions on the company’s HR systems, culture and employee morale, • Develop and implement recruiting systems and processes for the EMEA region, • Provide coaching and counsel to managers on effective employee relations, • Implement HR plans and policies for each EMEA location, • Develop and manage EMEA salary and benefits programs, • Ensure legal compliance in all HR-related areas, • Payroll Administration – work with an external firm to complete each payroll cycle, • Training – work with management team to ensure each team/employee receives the necessary training., • Ensure HR Compliance throughout the region & coordinate legal support as needed, • Coordinate with local management teams to provide strong support in the area of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), • Insurance – coordinate with corporate HR to ensure the proper commercial and health & welfare insurance policies are in place Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or greater in related field, • 7-10 years of experience in HR, with the majority in France, • Must be fluent in French and able to communicate clearly in English; rudimentary ability in German a plus, • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work well within a team, • Good business acumen, • HR experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
