Territory Account Manager Cergy, Pointoise, France Our client is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions with over 50 years of innovation developing solutions that ensure safety, reliability and efficiency across a range of environments from industrial plants and data centres to people’s homes. This position is a challenging sales role serving various industries like the traditional oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceutical, power and marine. You will be responsible for developing business in France, leading and driving profitable revenue growth through promoting and implementing effective sales and growth initiatives based on value and solution selling. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategy for France in line with current industrial heat tracing strategy with project and product based business and strong focus on upselling and identifying hidden needs through value selling., • Set up account plans for key accounts in the industrial business (mainly EPC houses and Contractors in projects environment as well as end users., • Deliver seminars, trainings and lunch & learn at key customers groups throughout France, • Focus on positioning thermal products and service capabilities to all stakeholders of a project at an early stage to become the partner of choice., • Report competitor activity, review regional threats and propose action plans to overcome potential hurdles to success. Key Requirements: • Bachelor degree level or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline, • Experience in external sales selling turnkey solutions in the industrial sector/ project environments., • Strong market knowledge and relationships with end users/ contractors associated with refinery, oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical and power industries within France., • French Mother tongue (or very fluent) and English speaking, • Ideally knowledge of electrical heat tracing/ low voltage electrical power distribution Additional Information • The role will require 50% + travel for both customer visits and review meetings
