We’re building the next generation of automated warehouse systems — fast, modular, and space-efficient. We are looking for an experienced Deployment, Validation & Support Technician to take ownership of assembling, validating, and maintaining our electromechanical systems in real-world environments. This role combines hands-on hardware work, field deployments, and system troubleshooting, ensuring our robots operate reliably from workshop build to customer operation. You will work closely with our engineering team while interacting directly with deployments, providing critical feedback that helps improve both the product and the user experience. ✅ Core Responsibilities • Own the assembly and preparation of electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet internal quality and validation standards before deployment., • Participate in customer deployments, supporting installation, commissioning, and initial system validation., • Perform functional testing and system validation, including maintaining and improving test rigs and automated testing procedures., • Conduct onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging of electromechanical systems during deployments and operational phases., • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and wiring faults, including soldering, cable repair, and connector debugging., • Collect feedback from real-world usage and customer interactions, translating operational insights into actionable improvements for the engineering team., • Maintain clear cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, and deployment teams., • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including operational procedures, maintenance guides, and user instructions., • Adapt to dynamic priorities and field conditions, managing urgent issues while maintaining structured validation processes. 💻 Required Skills • 2–8 years of hands-on experience working with electromechanical systems, robotics, automation equipment, material handling equipment or similar hardware., • Strong experience with system assembly, testing, and troubleshooting., • Ability to perform soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, and electrical debugging., • Experience using measurement and diagnostic instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.)., • Practical understanding of mechanical assemblies and electromechanical integration., • Comfortable performing onsite maintenance and technical support, including travel to deployment locations., • Ability to communicate clearly across engineering, operations, and customer-facing contexts., • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in the field., • Fluent English (spoken and written) 🌱 Nice-to-Have • Experience with robotics, industrial automation, or warehouse systems., • Familiarity with test rig development or automated testing setups., • Experience using CAD tools (e.g., Fusion 360) for mechanical inspection or analysis., • Exposure to embedded systems debugging or sensor integration., • Experience writing technical documentation and maintenance procedures. 👥 Team Fit • We value hands-on builders who enjoy diagnosing problems, fixing systems, and making hardware work reliably in the real world., • You are comfortable moving between the workshop, the test bench, and customer deployments, taking ownership of systems end-to-end., • You communicate clearly with engineers and operators, translating field observations into actionable improvements., • You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly, and where practical problem solving matters more than rigid processes., • You take pride in building and maintaining robust systems, and you’re motivated by seeing them operate successfully in the field.
