Job Title: Global Supply Chain Planning Process Owner Location: La Rochelle, France (Hybrid) Language requirement: Proficient in English (spoken and written) As part of the global Supply Chain transformation within ZEISS Meditec, we are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Process Owner to drive the design, alignment, and rollout of harmonized demand and supply planning processes of Implants & Disposables. This role is embedded in the global S&OP and supply chain digitalization program (FIT4 – SAP S/4HANA migration) and acts as a key interface between business stakeholders, local SMEs, and global project teams. This is a project-oriented leadership role. The Process Owner will coordinate cross-functional input, manage planning-related requirements, and help orchestrate the implementation of best practices — ensuring sustainability and scalability beyond the initial rollout. This is not an operational planner role nor a key user profile. The position is designed for a strategic process owner who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful transformation and long-term excellence of global supply chain planning processes at ZEISS Meditec. Key Responsibilities • Act as global process owner for Supply Chain Planning (Demand & Supply) within the FIT4 program., • Facilitate the design, documentation, and rollout of harmonized planning processes aligned with the global S&OP framework., • Consolidate input from local SMEs and business stakeholders across multiple geographies., • Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements for SAP S/4HANA and IBP., • Support fit-gap analysis, data readiness, testing (including Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing), and validation., • Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Backlog Grooming to support cross-functional alignment and delivery., • Coordinate training, communication, and adoption efforts during implementation., • Ensure long-term process governance and continuous improvement post-deployment. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, covering both Demand and Supply dimensions., • Strong understanding of S&OP principles and process design., • Experience working in or supporting large-scale ERP / digital transformation projects (SAP knowledge is a plus)., • Solid coordination and stakeholder engagement skills in complex, international settings., • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional Scrum teams., • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medtech, pharma) is an advantage.
