Duties and responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for new branches and assess local property opportunities.
· Recruit, support and assist with staff on boarding where required.
· Build relationships with local businesses, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, developers and community organisations to generate referrals.
· Identify strategic partnerships to support business growth.
· Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
· Secure new property instructions for sales and lettings.
· Monitor local property market trends, competitor activity and customer demand.
· Meet prospective clients, negotiate agreements and work with sales and lettings teams to convert leads.
· Mentor junior staff where required.
· Negotiate contracts, fees and terms with clients.
· Prepare business development reports and track sales performance against targets.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
· Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and understanding financial statements
· Ability to lead and motivate a team
· A relevant bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
