National Account Manager West Yorkshire (3 days in HQ) £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus, Car allowance and Benefits Elevation are partnering with a leading homeware manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and strong retail partnerships. As National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of key high-street and national Grocer accounts, driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering commercial success. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll sit at the centre of commercial strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue and brand presence. • Own and develop strategic relationships with major retail buyers., • Deliver sales growth, margin targets, and joint business plans, • Lead range reviews, product launches, and promotional planning, • Analyse performance data to spot opportunities and risks early, • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional activity, • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and product development What We’re Looking For This role suits someone commercially sharp, confident with retailers, and comfortable owning big accounts. • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role, • Strong track record managing large retail accounts, • Skilled negotiator with solid commercial awareness, • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action, • Excellent relationship builder—credible, persuasive, and resilient, • Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
