About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber and Heating & Ventilation Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems across a range of commercial and domestic properties. This role plays a key part in delivering essential services for both new-build and renovation projects under long-term client contracts. Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems, • Conduct fault-finding and repair work on boilers, pipework, and radiators, • Work to technical drawings and specifications, • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations, • Liaise with site managers and clients where required, • Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent international qualification) in Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering, • Proven experience in plumbing and HVAC installation, • Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential), • Strong understanding of UK building regulations, • Valid UK driving licence (or willing to obtain one), • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Good communication and problem-solving skills

We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable mechanic for our tyre shop. The candidate must be skilled in tyre fitting, brake disc and pad replacement, oil changes, and general vehicle servicing. Experience in suspension work and other basic mechanical tasks is a plus. We have a great opportunity for a car technician to join our Car dealership based in our Cargem Prep site (London E16 4TG) CARGEM stock ( 500+ pre owned vehicles). The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic/Vehicle technician. What will you be doing: Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard you will be responsible for vehicle servicing and maintenance, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, and clutches. Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
