    Job Purpose The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and business development initiatives to promote the organisation’s educational and training services, increase student enrolment, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall commercial growth of South London Learning Centre. The role requires managing both digital and traditional marketing activities, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the organisation remains competitive within the education and training sector. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage the organisation’s overall marketing and promotional strategy in line with business objectives and growth targets., • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote educational courses, training programmes, workshops, and student recruitment initiatives., • Manage the organisation’s digital marketing activities, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising., • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth within the education and training sector., • Build and maintain the organisation’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications., • Develop marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content for both online and offline use., • Coordinate student engagement and outreach campaigns to attract prospective learners and increase enrolment numbers., • Establish and maintain relationships with educational partners, community organisations, recruitment agencies, and external stakeholders to support business development activities., • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, student enquiries, and conversion rates, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management., • Manage the organisation’s advertising budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of marketing resources., • Liaise with external marketing agencies, designers, printers, and digital service providers where required., • Organise promotional events, educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and networking activities to increase the visibility of the organisation., • Ensure compliance with advertising standards, data protection requirements, and all relevant regulatory obligations in relation to marketing activities., • Support senior management in identifying new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion initiatives., • Supervise junior marketing or administrative staff involved in promotional and communications activities where applicable.

    Womenion is a women-led organization supporting vulnerable women, children, and families affected by domestic abuse, poverty, social isolation, inequality, and other social challenges across the UK. We are expanding our fundraising team and seeking confident, motivated, and passionate individuals to raise awareness and funding for our community projects and support programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization making a meaningful impact within communities while developing valuable communication, fundraising, and public engagement skills. The Role As a Professional Fundraiser, you will work across a variety of public and private fundraising locations throughout London and the surrounding areas, including: • Supermarkets, • Shopping centres, • High streets, • Festivals and community events, • Sports venues and stadiums, • Retail locations and public events You will engage with members of the public in a professional, respectful and positive manner to raise awareness about Womenion’s work and encourage support through one-off and regular monthly donations. This is a face-to-face fundraising role suited to individuals who enjoy speaking with people, working within a team environment, and making a direct impact within communities. The role involves regular travel to various fundraising locations and the flexibility to work weekends as required. We are 20 years old and have lots of campaigns and projects in place already to help us achieve our goals. But we've identified an environmental concern that affects one of the biggest industry sectors here in the UK and all over the world, that results in a catastrophic unnecessary wastage of water and energy. The good news, however, is that there is a simple solution, And now, we're on a campaign to reduce all this wastage and reduce its impact on our fragile environment. With this in mind, we’re recruiting self‑employed Sales & Marketing Agents to help roll out a major charity‑supported initiative for businesses in the UK primarily but also elsewhere too. Your role is simple: introduce businesses in our target sector to what they will clearly view as a ‘must‑have’, 'win-win' product and service that cuts wastage, saves effort and reduces costs — with no outlay required on their part. And that's it! You create good qualified leads and we and our team do all the rest. You do need to carry kit or samples and there is no demonstration required. All you require is the ability to learn the basics of the product, roughly how it works and how the business will benefit. Then use your charm and communication skills to a) talk to the right person and b) convince them that this is worth looking at further. You’ll work for yourself, choose your own areas, and build a portfolio of clients nationwide. Once you create interest, we and our partners will handle the full sales presentation, installation and ongoing service. You earn a monthly fee for every new client, paid month after month, creating a growing recurring income stream. These are 100% self-employed, commission based roles, but expected earnings are £25,000–£75,000+ per year, depending on activity and client volume. And in addition, you'll be helping raise funds for the charity to allow us to further develop our other campaigns to make the world a better place.
