General Manager at Machiya 48 Hour Salary, No Early Starts, Great Work/Life Balance Open for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner seven days a week, the kitchen serves traditional Japanese dishes such as tonkatsu, Japanese curry and teriyaki alongside homemade miso soup, pickles and premium steamed rice.
