Looking for a dessert chef for part time role (25 hours). Making desserts for the restaurant (Tiramisu, cheesecake, apple crumble, brulee, bread pudding) and sauces for seafood dishes. All recipes will be taught, however we are looking for someone to come in and boss the dessert menu, and to bring in their own ideas/recipes. During service hours, applicant will be responsible for preparing starters, desserts and hot drinks.
