Apple Butter is a new local 70-cover Cafe on Regent Street Open from 9-18 serving all day breakfasts, Gourmet sandwiches, light bites, salads and Instagrammable desserts. Speciality coffee will be a focus and takeaway will be offered. Looking for a dessert chef for part time role (25 hours). Making desserts for the restaurant (Tiramisu, cheesecake, apple crumble, brulee, bread pudding) and sauces for seafood dishes. All recipes will be taught, however we are looking for someone to come in and boss the dessert menu, and to bring in their own ideas/recipes.
