Overview:
We are seeking a sales oriented, friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Schedule and manage appointments for fitness classes and spa treatments
  • Handle membership inquiries and provide information on services and facilities
  • Process payments and manage the reception area
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is a plus
