Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar establishment. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations systems, point-of-sale software, and front-of-house procedures. - Understanding of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
