The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is the leading agency in Europe in the field of election observation. The Office co-ordinates and organizes the deployment of numerous observation and assessment missions every year to assess the compliance of elections in OSCE participating States with OSCE commitments and other international obligations and standards for democratic elections, as well as with national legislation. ODIHR’s unique methodology provides in-depth insights into all elements of an electoral process, allowing the Office to offer concrete recommendations to further improve electoral processes. Following an official invitation to observe the forthcoming early general election scheduled for 4 July 2024 and in accordance with its mandate, ODIHR is preparing to deploy an Election Assessment Mission (EAM) for this election. Logistics Assistant Kensington £30,000 Based at their Kensington head office, you will be responsible for the logistics side of the business, in summary liaising with current and new clients, organising bookings, orders, transportation and arrangements to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations. Based full time from the Paddington Office - Monday - Friday Duties: You will be coordinating the logistics of up to 100 coaches a day taking students to a from language schools, airport pick ups, day trips and excursions. You will be booking tickets for ground services such as Theatre bookings, Attraction entrances, restaurant bookings , but the main purpose of this role us to manage the logistics of the coaches, timetables and manage the relationships with the transport suppliers.
