Front End Developer Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Type: Permanent | Full-time Salary: Competitive + benefits We’re working with a growing organisation based in Doncaster that’s looking to add a talented Front End Developer to its development team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, offering flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration. The Role As a Front End Developer, you’ll play a key part in developing and enhancing customer-facing platforms and internal systems. You’ll work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver clean, scalable, and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive, high-quality front-end solutions, • Convert UI/UX designs into well-structured, reusable code, • Work with modern JavaScript frameworks to build intuitive interfaces, • Integrate with APIs and back-end services, • Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, • Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions Required Skills & Experience • Strong commercial experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, • Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices, • Experience using Git and working in collaborative environments, • Ability to write clean, maintainable code Desirable Experience • TypeScript, • Modern CSS frameworks or preprocessors (Sass, Tailwind, etc.), • Testing frameworks and performance optimisation, • Agile / Scrum methodologies What’s On Offer • Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the Doncaster office, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Opportunity to work on modern, evolving systems, • Supportive team culture with a focus on learning and development, • Long-term career progression within a stable organisation
