We are seeking fully qualified Early Years practitioners to join our growing nurseries at both our Bawtry and our Moorends sites. The ideal candidate should have a genuine desire to ensure children have the best possible start in life, should be qualified to level 3 in a full and relevant childcare qualification, have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and current safeguarding procedures, a current paediatric first aid certificate would be preferred but full training can be given. We are a small friendly team, and can offer opportunities for further training and career progression. Main roles and responsibilities will include • Being a key person to a small group of children, • Building and developing relationships with parents and families, • Working in partnerships with other agencies to ensure children have the support they need to make the best possible progress, • Under the direction of the room leader, to plan and implement fun, engaging, and purposeful learning opportunities for all children, • To observe and assess the children in your room The successful candidate must be available to work Monday - Friday various shifts between the hours of 7:30 am-6 pm, and be willing to undergo all relevant training as required.
