Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and driving operational success. Key responsibilities include: - Managing day-to-day operations, including rota, staff supervision, training, and development. - Ensuring the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. - Driving exceptional customer service standards and handling guest queries or complaints. - Overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. - Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to ensure efficient operations. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
