Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient systems, supporting staff, and maintaining smooth communication within the organisation. The role involves managing office procedures, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth running of administrative tasks
Supervise and support administrative staff
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Coordinate staff rotas, schedules, and appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and documentation
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
Assist management with reports and general administrative duties
Skills and Requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, care software if applicable)
