Grosvenor Cleaning runs housekeeping and linen services for short-let property management clients across London. Small team, real clients, growing fast. This role sits directly beside the director — picking up operational projects, fixing how information moves around the business, and seeing things through without needing to be chased.


What you’ll actually do

  • Roll out new systems and processes to a team of 50 self-employed housekeepers — communicating, training, chasing adoption until it sticks
  • Own live projects end-to-end: right now that includes a lost property portal; next month it’ll be something else
  • Fix the communication gaps between the director, the ops team, and the housekeeper team
  • Help coordinate day-to-day operational directives so the right people have the right information at the right time
  • Support marketing and client-facing projects when they land

Who we’re looking for

  • You see something that needs doing and you do it — you don’t wait to be asked
  • Strong, clear communicator across WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Portuguese speaker strongly preferred — much of our housekeeper team is Brazilian
  • Organised enough to run multiple projects at once without dropping anything
  • Comfortable in a small business where the structure is flat and the pace is real
