To prepare, coordinate and supervise all stages of the production process for timber garden building manufacture from job preparation, through to construction in the workshop and on site.
To maximise production output, whilst maintaining a high quality of final product.
To ensure all manual staff are motivated, happy, on task and have a full workload.
To regularly give feedback to GM on production progress and other relevant issues.
