As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing clear and helpful information.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest requests.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel reception role is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems, including property management software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
