The ideal candidate will need experience in tyre fitting no tools are needed as we supply We work Monday - Friday 8-6 & 9-4 Saturdays Must have product knowledge and be able to advise customers on there needs Duties - fitting tyres on the tyre changer machine, balancing tyres and mounting the tyre on the car. - Repairing punctures and flat tyres - Inspecting tyre wear and advising customers on tyre condition - Using power tools and hand tools effectively - Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tyre service process Experience Required Skills: - Customer service experience within an automotive environment - Proficiency in using power tools for tyre service tasks - Ability to maintain and repair tyres efficiently - Competence in using hand tools for tyre maintenance - Mechanical knowledge related to tyre fitting and repair - Capability to do car service such as oil change, air filter change, oil filter change and pad and disk change. The hiring company, Taaj Kitchens is a high-end kitchen company offering a complete design to manufacturing, delivery and installation services to its clients. You will be required to assist clients on projects such as Kitchens, Media Walls, Built-in Wardrobes and a range of Bespoke Fitted Cabinetry. It will be your responsibility to ensure clients are provided with an exceptional service and it is essential that leads are converted into sales. You will be responsible for ensuring clients are contacted in a timely manner, booked in for a design visit, invited to the showroom, as well as being provided with a quotation document containing all the project requirements, details and 3D plans. You will work closely with other designers/sales teams and the production team to ensure clients' requirements are met to the highest standards. Responsibilities: - Reach out to enquiries across all platforms (emails, text messages, social media and phone calls). - Day-to-day use of CRM system to log in sales (Training will be provided) - Assist clients with their queries via texts, emails, phone calls and site visits. - Attend site visits to discuss detailed requirements and to take measurements of the area to start the planning process. - Invite clients to visit the showroom and build a positive rapport to help close deals and secure deposit payments. - Provide a quotation document to clients with 3D designs, all selected materials, and finalised details. - Quality control: Quality checks and sign off before presenting to the client. - Pass on project details to the Operations manager to start the production process. - Provide invoices and receive payments from clients. Must have: - Exceptional sales experience and ability to close deals. - Experience in bespoke carpentry, joinery, construction or interior design industries. - Full UK Driving Licence. - Experience using 3D design software such as ArtiCad or similar. - Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and sales teams. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. - Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, grow and take on new challenges.

Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work. · Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures.
