We are partnered with an award-winning brand in the Marine Interiors space, looking for Project Managers to bolster their teams across complex international projects. Success in this role depends on effective cross-functional coordination, disciplined planning, and proactive control of cost, schedule, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle. \n \n \n Responsibilities \n\n • Assume responsibility for defined scopes of work or full projects following formal internal and external approvals\n, • Develop execution strategies aligned with the agreed scope, schedule, and commercial objectives\n, • Coordinate procurement of materials, labour, and specialist resources in consultation with senior management and key stakeholders\n, • Act as a professional point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely communication\n, • Chair and manage project meetings, including kick-off, progress, coordination, and close-out sessions, both on-site and remotely\n, • Track performance against programme, budget, and technical requirements, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where necessary\n, • Prepare and issue regular project status and cost reports, clearly highlighting deviations and mitigation measures\n, • Monitor site labour levels and productivity during delivery phases, recommending adjustments to resourcing as required\n, • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards on assigned sites, ensuring correct use of PPE and adherence to statutory requirements\n, • Take full accountability for the successful delivery of smaller projects, ensuring outcomes meet contractual, financial, and quality expectations\n, • Produce both high-level schedules and detailed task plans covering pre-delivery preparation and on-site installation activities\n, • Support logistics and commercial processes, including preparation of shipping documentation and invoicing for materials\n, • Undertake additional duties aligned with the role as assigned by senior management\n\n \n Required Knowledge \n\n • Marine markets such as cruise, ferry, defence, and large yacht sector\n, • Interior outfitting disciplines across multiple trades and systems\n\n \n Technical Skills \n\n • Planning and executing outfit works onboard vessels\n, • Proficient use of standard office and project management software\n, • Strong organisational, scheduling, and prioritisation capability\n, • Clear, confident communication with the ability to influence stakeholders\n, • Sound numerical reasoning and analytical skills\n, • High attention to detail with a delivery-focused mindset\n\n \n Personal Capabilities \n\n • Flexible and solutions-oriented approach, with willingness to support wider team activities when required\n, • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and written scopes of work\n, • Competence in using measurement and survey tools to quantify materials and work scopes\n, • Collaborative working style suited to a small, delivery-focused project team\n\n \n Additional Criteria \n\n • Demonstrated ability to apply planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a commercial project environment\n, • Strong written and spoken English communication skills\n, • Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international travel, sometimes at short notice\n, • Minimum of three years’ experience in marine or land-based interior outfitting preferred\n, • Subject to company drug, alcohol, and medical compliance policies as a condition of employment\n\n \n Experience and Qualifications \n\n • Degree-level qualification in engineering, construction, or project management desirable but not mandatory\n, • Proven experience managing site teams and multiple trade disciplines\n, • Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom\n, • Availability for extended overseas assignments related to project delivery and surveys\n
