We are looking for a proactive, driven and successful manager to further develop our Summertown branch. This is an ideal opportunity for an excellent Sales Manager to further their career with an award-winning Estate Agency!
As a Sales Manager, you will need to:
Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximise revenues and profitability
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous estate agency and customer service experience
Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be highly organised
Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
Display high standards of service and presentation
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
