Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in store management within the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent upselling abilities to promote services and products effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff alike.
Experience in front desk operations is preferred.
