Jayas Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide support and advocacy for individuals and families, helping them navigate complex challenges and access necessary resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and develop person-centered care plans.
  • Provide direct support, counselling, and intervention to individuals and families facing various social, emotional, and practical difficulties.
  • Advocate for service users' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services from relevant agencies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and statutory bodies to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within a care or community setting.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
