Where You’ll Work\n You’ll be part of the Wembley cluster, covering areas like Wembley, Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, Kingsbury, and Greenford. What to Expect\n Your day kicks off with a clear digital schedule. Each job is pre-booked, and the member is expecting you. You’ll carry out: \n\n • Routine servicing\n, • Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment\n, • In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop\n, • Member advice and recommendations based on your inspection\n, • Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards\n\n With SMR, you’re not reacting to breakdowns; you’re delivering planned work that you can prepare for. From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics. Use your technical skill and problem-solving ability to get people moving again—safely, quickly, and confidently. What You’ll Need\n Either: \n\n • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience\n, • or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic\n\n Plus, a full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. \n No CV required when you apply, and it takes just 5 minutes – it’s easier than ever to start your journey with us!
