



We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to support in the daily operation of the kitchen. The Sous Chef will play a key leadership role, overseeing food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met. This position involves supervising and training kitchen staff, managing stock and ordering, minimizing waste, and assisting with menu development. The Sous Chef will lead the kitchen sometimes solely by themselves and contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient kitchen environment.
Will be working in a small efficient kitchen that provides traditional British/Irish dishes. Hours between 20-25 a week that will have to work mostly evenings (kitchen finish taking orders 9pm) and weekends.
