KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greeting Customers: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Serving Food & Drinks: Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly and ensure that orders are correct.
Customer Assistance: Answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients, and make recommendations as needed.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-organized.
Processing Payments: Handle cash and credit transactions, provide receipts, and give correct change.
Collaborating with Kitchen & Staff: Communicate with the kitchen staff regarding order details and any special requests from customers.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Check on customers during meals to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service.
Managing Multiple Tables: Serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Handling Complaints: Address any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
