Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops while teaching Kintsugi techniques and guiding participants throughout the experience.
Clear down venues after workshops, including packing, cleaning, and transporting equipment.
Plan, organise, and deliver public and private Kintsugi workshops.
Travel to client venues across the UK with all workshop equipment and materials.
Set up and prepare workshop spaces, ensuring a professional and safe environment before each session.
Source, purchase, and manage all materials and supplies required for workshops, including ceramics, epoxy, pigments, tools, PPE, and packaging.
Maintain workshop inventory and ensure sufficient stock for upcoming events.
Prepare workshop kits and materials before each event.
Liaise with corporate clients, venues, and private customers to coordinate workshop logistics.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all workshops.
Oversee transportation, storage, and maintenance of workshop equipment and materials.
Support the ongoing development of Kinboru’s workshops, products, and customer experience.
