Additional benefits include a pension scheme, death in service cover, 21 days’ annual leave and a generous 60% discount on Beta Tools.\nHGV Technician/Mechanic/Fitter opportunity\n * Work collaboratively within a team to support workshop performance and customer satisfaction\n * Carry out accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs in line with job instructions\n * Ensure all work is completed to required standards and technical literature\n * Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop facilities in safe working order\n * Achieve a right-first-time approach to repairs, minimising repeat defects\n * Liaise closely with the VMU Manager regarding additional labour and parts requirements\n * Accurately record time spent on repairs and maintenance tasks\n * Promote a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment at all times\nHGV Technician/Mechanic/Fitter will have:\n * City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification (essential)\n * Experience working on HGVs within a fleet or commercial environment\n * Confidence using IT systems and workshop software\n * A strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship\n * A flexible, proactive, and team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently\n * A Class 1 HGV licence (preferred)\n * Tail-lift experience (desirable)\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician/Mechanic/Fitter seeking stability, progression and recognition for their skills within a well-structured and supportive workshop environment.\nIf this HGV Technician/Mechanic/Fitter role is of interest, please apply to this advert with an updated CV.\nINDPB
