The successful applicant will play a crucial role in coordinating project timelines, resources, and activities to ensure excellence in programme execution within the Civil Division Programmes. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, coaching project and programme managers in Scheduling best practice. What will you be doing? • Develop, maintain, and monitor schedules spanning multiple projects and programmes using industry-standard scheduling tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project Server, PWA)., • Ensure project schedule is integrated and aligned with program objectives, timelines, and milestones., • Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project schedules and priorities. Facilitate regular scheduling meetings and updates., • Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables., • Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to keep projects on schedule., • Generate regular progress reports, including schedule updates, milestone status, and performance metrics.
