Nursery Manager Crowland, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire £32,000 to £37,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) Monday to Friday / Opening Hours 7:30am to 6pm / 4 or 5-day work week available We are looking for an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager or experience Deputy Nursery Manager to join a purpose built nursery setting, built in late 2023, based in Crowland. The nursery can cater for up to 70 children each day across 3 rooms, is already nearing capacity, and recently (February 2026) achieved an 'Expected Standards' Ofsted rating with a 'Strong Standard' in relation to Children's Welfare and Wellbeing. The nursery is easily accessible by road and by bus from towns in the Peterborough area This is a senior leadership role where you’ll take overall responsibility for the nursery – managing your staff, resources, and the nursery environment, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing, and building strong partnerships with families and the wider community. You’ll also play a key role in the business side of the nursery, supporting the owners with commercial and financial decisions and processes. It’s a exciting role with responsibility – but you won’t be on your own. You’ll have the support of the ownership and a team of 14 staff (10 full-time/4part-time), including a Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, and a full-time Chef!
