I'm hiring one Senior Account Manager to take a pod that's already built: 8-12 clients, ~£200k combined MRR and personally own NRR and churn. The platform layer is the part you'd rather plug into., • You've personally saved an account from churning and can walk me through exactly what you did, • You've managed an e-commerce or DTC book at a competitive agency Compensation & benefits • £75,000 base / £110,000 OTE — variable tied to NRR and expansion ARR, • Health, 25 days PTO, learning budget, • Path to AD (£150k+ OTE) within 18 months for the right operator, • Fully remote The honest part The last person in this seat couldn't close their own say-do gap — overpromised, under-delivered, didn't move retention.
